Event Coordination
From beginning to end, from concept to wrap-up,
we take care of all the details so you don't have to.
Our services include event development, graphics,
mapping, securing permits, equipment rental,
volunteer recruitment and supervision, set up and execution, customer service, materials distribution, communications and marketing, sponsorship
and more.

Our staff has 25 years of combined experience
coordinating large events. We specialize in adding
creative elements to all of our events, especially
when dealing with uncontrollable complexities
such as rain. We're known for establishing lasting partnerships, attending to every detail and
organizing popular events that grow every year.

Materials Distribution
We'll help you get the word out about your event
bypersonally delivering posters and brochures to
400 locations in the greater Portland area, including Vancouver, St. John's, and the suburbs. Over the
last six years, we've developed a list packed with
drop off locations that are a perfect fit for active
lifestyle events. Our list includes all bike shops,
sporting good stores, community gathering places,
gyms, coffee shops and more.

Our list is updated every month to reflect changes
in the retail environment. We're constantly adding
new locations and removing outdated locations.

Event Presence
By simply delivering one box of brochures to us, we
can tell thousands of people about your event. All
summer long we are at nearly every major event
in Oregon. Our outreach team is an enthusiastic, knowledgeable force that can spread the word
about your project. We take care of exhibition fees
and set up.

Online services
Our sister companies ORbike and ORrun offer a
wide range of online services including online
event registration, an e-newsletter with a reader
base of 52,000, web site presence and a blog.
Through these services, we can work closely with
you to ensure you're taking advantage of
relevant marketing to reach your audience.
