ABOUT THE COMMUNITY CYCLING CENTER The Community Cycling Center (CCC) provides year-round hands-on
bicycle programs for low-income youth and adults.
They operate a professional retail bike shop in Portland that sell
reconditioned bicycles, accessories and offers full repair services.
Reducing, reusing and recycling are core themes that weave their way through every CCC program. The Center relies on financial donations and donations of used bicycles to support their programs.
A portion of the proceeds from the Hottest Day of the Year Ride will help fund their bicycle safety education programs for low-income youth. For more information and a complete list of, see the CCC website. |
